Slower Beginners Barre
A slower, easier and more accessible barre class suitable for more levels! Get a whole body workout mainly focusing on the hamstrings and core. You can use hand weights in this class if you wish: anywhere from 0.5-3kg is recommended. I just used cans of tinned tomatoes!!!
Slow Arms & Abs Burn
A much slower paced barre class to really feel the burn and get technique right! Mainly focusing on the triceps and core. You'll need hand weights for this class: anywhere from 0.5-3kg is recommended. I just used cans of beans!!!
Slow Trivep Burn with Weights
A much slower paced barre class to really feel the burn and get technique right! Mainly focusing on the triceps in the arms to burn away those batwings! You'll feel your arms tomorrow!! We'll also burn into the glutes, quads, sides and core. You'll need hand weights for this class: anywhere from 0.5-3kg is recommended. I just used cans of coconut cream!!!
Barre Arms & Back
A fun barre class to tone the arms! We'll also get into the hamstrings, sides, glutes and core but you'll really feel your arms tomorrow! Burn away the batwings with this barre class
