This practise is all about awakening the heart and anahata chakra - our energetic centre for unconditional love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, kindness and joy. Feel deeply into its energy during this practise as we also release the neck and open the chest.
Stretch the Breath & Neck & Lower Back Release
Find an even, steady, deep and lengthened breath in this practise that flows through the whole class. You'll find a delicious release through the neck & lower back. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice.
Become the Breath. Neck, Shoulder & Lower Back Release
In this class we allow the awareness to fully melt into the beautiful wave of breath as it continually, softly, deeply and gently flows through the body. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice. You'll also get a beautiful release for the neck, shoulders, lower back and hamstrings. This is a very relaxing practise, great for periods when you feel stressed, anxious or to practise before bed to help you sleep.
Nadi Shodan Pranayama, Hip Flexor & Back Release
In this class we do an extended breathing (pranayama) practise - nadi shodan, which balances and harmonises the two opposing energy forces within. You'll find a delicious release through the neck, hip flexors & lower back, and at the end we sink deep into relaxation with a guided yoga nidra lying down in savasana. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice.
Loving Gratitude Breath, & Side, Lower Back & Hamstring Release
This class really focuses on slow, sweet breaths filled with gratitude, love and appreciation for our multitude of blessings. You'll find a delicious release through the neck, side body, lower back & hamstrings, and you'll connect deeply to heart energy, feeling full of gratitude and appreciation for your life. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice.
Clear the Mind, Sacral Chakra Activation, Hip Openers & Creativity
In this class we had a request to bring about mental clarity, invite creativity and open the hips. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice. Create a clear and empty mind with nadi shodan pranayama, then invite an energetic activation of the sacral chakra while opening the hips, birthing creativity within.
Mindful Breath Awakened Sensation. Heart, Shoulder & Neck Love
In this class we had a request for shoulder opening. You'll need a cushion, pillow or bolster, or folded up blanket for this practice. Find opening in the shoulders, heart, sides & a release through the neck. In this practice we'll really sink into mindful awareness of each breath and each sensation on and in the body. Be prepared to bliss out!
