Terms of Purchase

By purchasing [in person service] ("Product"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is legally binding between you ("Customer") and Susana Tagarro trading as "Sacred with Susie" ABN: 66 770 389 831, PO Box 87 Chevron Island, QLD ("Company").

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESTRICTED USE

All content provided in the Product, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, templates, and written materials, is the sole intellectual property of the Company.

By purchasing this Product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for personal use only. You must not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Product.
  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Product.
  • Provide your login details or access to third parties.
  • Use any of the materials to create competing products or services.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action, including termination of access without refund.

2. NO GUARANTEES DISCLAIMER

The Company may share testimonials and examples of past client results; however, your results may vary based on your personal capacity, prior personal development, and effort.

By purchasing this Product, you acknowledge that:

  • There are no guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
  • Any examples of past success do not guarantee similar results for you.
  • The Company is not responsible for your actions, decisions, or success.

3. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind or failure to attend the in-person service. A 24-hr cooling off period is provided as an exception to this, once that 24-hr period passes, no refunds will be given.

However, nothing in this agreement excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which may entitle you to a refund, repair, or replacement in limited circumstances.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to:

  • Personal losses, injuries, or mental and physical damages.
  • Any reliance on information provided within the Product.

You assume full responsibility for your own success and decisions. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

5. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled via mediation before any legal proceedings commence.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By ticking the box at checkout, you expressly agree to these Terms of Purchase, which form a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not complete your purchase.

Release of Liability

WARNING - AGREE to WAIVER and RELEASE of LIABILITY BEFORE Participating in the activity with Sacred with Susie.

I certify I have no medical conditions, injuries or physical disabilities which could interfere with my personal health or safety in participation in ‘this activity’ and I declare I train entirely at my own risk at all times and I will only perform exercises and movements I know are completely safe for me. I certify that if I have any medical or health conditions, are pregnant or post-natal (minimum 6 weeks post birth), I have advised all staff and provided a medical clearance by my doctor or specialist stating I am able to safely participate in the session. I am willing to bear all costs that may be created and I voluntarily participate at a level I know is safe for me knowing of all risks involved. I am aware of the extreme dangers, injuries, risks and even death that may occur and will never hold Sacred with Susie, its staff, equipment, facilities, Susana Tagarro, or anyone under any circumstance whatsoever responsible for anything at all. Any loss or damage to my own property is entirely at my own risk. I agree to waive, release, remise and forever discharge Sacred with Susie, Susana Tagarro, and their agents, principles and employees of all claims, actions, or damages of any kind, present or future, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable consequences or negligence arise or are related in any form or manner whatsoever.    I certify I have read, understand and AGREE to the waiver and release of liability.

I AGREE to be bound by these terms and participate in 'the activity' entirely at my own risk.
