This smoothie is so delicious despite it’s incredible healthy-ness level!! Mango and banana… YUM!!

Serves: one in a large jar
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 mango cheeks
- Handful spinach
- ½ nectarine
- ½ cup dairy free milk (I used oat with no added sugar)
- Handful nuts
- 2 t linseed meal or LSA
- 2-3 ice cubes
Methods
- Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a jar.
