1:1 Feminine Expansion Session
Intuitive in-person or online 1 on 1 sessions where you'll receive 2hrs of my dedicated love, presence, attention, energy and touch.
A magical, deeply healing, relaxing, and loving experience that will fully replenish your cup and have you feeling super blissed out, filled up, alive, empowered, and ready to take on the world.
These sessions can include hypnotherapy, reiki, yoga, aromatherapy, somatic therapy, coaching, talk therapy, psycho-education, embodiment, and dance.
INTENTION, CHAT & COACHING
We start with a chat around what you’re desiring from the session (your intention), which directs our energy. We talk through your current desires & challenges, which will direct the session. I might give some coaching / guidance.
HYPNOTHERAPY
We move into neuroscience-backed hypnotherapy (a powerful form of guided meditation) to work on your desires & challenges within your subconscious, at the root level (your belief system). We might use breathwork if it's supportive. I use aromatherapy & massage at the same time to support deep relaxation & in accessing the subconscious mind.
EMBODIMENT
We anchor what we worked on in the subconscious into the body, through somatic movement, somatic release, yoga, yin yoga, or embodied non-linear movement. Often we'll do some gentle opening of hips & heart (feminine essence areas) to release blocks & stuck emotions. Aromatherapy massage guides you deeper into each pose & helps to gently open & unwind the fascia. I use specific essential oils that align with your intention.
HEALING SAVASANA
You integrate everything during savasana, in deep, bliss-level relaxation, with massage, reiki, & guided energy healing meditation.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR INTEGRATION
I give guidance on how to integrate what we worked on in the session with tangible, practical action. Optional to add a tailor-created hypnosis meditation so that you can continue to work on rewiring your subconscious daily, or a tailor-created potion (e.g. a belly love potion I created for a client who was holding onto belly shame & was experiencing IBS & painful periods.
