Wellllllll it’s like a Pilates class… but… slutty.

We start with a warm up, then move into our 4 signature slutty pilates moves: grinds, body rolls, twerks & pussy scoops… and all their variations.

These are repetitive (like Pilates) to get that spicy muscle burn and to build strength and mobility… but the moves themselves are fluid, sensual, dancey, and… slutty (unlike Pilates).

Think quiveringgg thighs, glutes on fire, spicy arms and abs, and… twerking booties (for cardio, duh). All while feeling like an absolute spicy sexy mama!!

Then we take a handful of the moves and turn it into a choreo combo. Think sexyyyy beats, sultry af energy, and fulllllll permission.

We practice it a bunch of times till it lands, and at the end… we film! (For your inner attention whore who loves to be witnessed, celebrated, and WOOd at.)

We take turns filming (hyping each other up, squealing, clapping) and being filmed.

The filming part is about:
- Stepping into a greater level of visibility
- Owning your expression
