"You are so wise! I loved the Alchemy ceremony. The reason I attended was not because I'm personally going through any trauma, it was more about bringing out what I might not be aware of! - plus because I know you're amazing! I was actually slightly apprehensive beforehand because I didn't know how much I'd be expected to 'share' and as an introvert I prefer to process before sharing. Your ceremony was so comfortable. We were able to switch off our video when we wanted, and were invited to share any thoughts in the chat, but only if we felt comfortable doing so. I loved how the ceremony was structured, and how you imparted so much wisdom whenever you spoke from your own experience. This, and the examples you gave, were very helpful. I found the 2.5 hours just flew by. I didn't think I'd have any need for pillow punching, yet I found it really interesting that when we switched off our video to do this part of the ceremony, I got teary as well as angry about what I was releasing - which we'd written down prior to this. It was lovely after this to dance it out (again, with the video off if we wanted), and when we rejoined on video, to write down our new story and reality. That is something really concrete I can work on now - beyond the ceremony.
