I’ve been studying and teaching feminine embodiment and empowerment for almost a decade. My clients often tell me that working together has transformed their lives, and my yoga students describe my classes as spiritual healing sessions for the soul.
My background includes medicine (studied at Griffith University), yoga and meditation (trained in India), and deep study in psychology, relationships, feminine embodiment, dance, and sexuality with mentors from around the world.
I’m the founder of the SWS Method — a body-based approach that supports women to live deeply fulfilling, feminine lives by reconnecting to their personal power, liberating their sexuality, working with the feminine mysteries, and creating sacred, conscious love.
I’ve worked with women all over the world, led rooms of 200+ across Australia, Europe, and Asia, and supported thousands through online programs, workshops, events, and embodied practices.
My work blends science, psychology, energetics, embodiment, somatics, intuition, and lived wisdom to help women feel safe in their bodies, master their emotions, communicate clearly, and fully express who they are — in life, love, and leadership.
