You can either use ice or a frozen banana to make this smoothie nice and ice cold!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 T coconut (shredded/desicated/flaked)
- 1 T peanut butter
- ½ T rice malt syrup
- 1 cup soy milk
- 3 large ice cubes
- Handful cacao nibs for garnish (optional)
Methods
- Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a jar with cacao nibs.
